Sportrs: the platform available via the mobile app and the website sportrs.nl, offered by GIBS BV, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 28115544, trading under the name Sportrs.
User: any natural person who creates an account and uses Sportrs.
Account: the personal access to Sportrs, linked to a phone number.
These terms apply to all use of Sportrs. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
Your account is linked to your mobile number. You are responsible for the use that takes place via your number. Do not share your sign-in links with others. Sportrs reserves the right to block or delete accounts in case of misuse.
Sportrs is intended for communication and organisation within amateur sports clubs. You may not use the service for:
Zero tolerance. Sportrs enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for offensive, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content, as well as for abuse, bullying or intimidating behaviour towards other users. Anyone who does not comply will be removed from the service.
You are responsible for the messages, photos and other content you post. Sportrs is not liable for content posted by users. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
In the app you can report inappropriate content (press and hold a message → Report) and block users, so you no longer see their messages. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours: infringing content is removed and the responsible user may be blocked or deleted.
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Sportrs is not liable for damage resulting from temporary unavailability, malfunctions or data loss.
All rights to the Sportrs app, website, name, logo and design belong to Sportrs. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without written permission.
Sportrs is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage due to force majeure. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you have paid for the use of the service (currently: free).
You can have your account deleted at any time by contacting us at info@sportrs.nl. Sportrs may terminate your account in the event of a breach of these terms.
Sportrs may amend these terms. In the event of significant changes, you will be informed via the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.
